I work with individual adults.

GETTING IN TOUCH

I offer a free 15-minute telephone call. This will be an opportunity to introduce yourself, provide some initial details about why you have chosen therapy and ask questions. If we decide to work together we would then arrange a time for a regular 50-minute therapy sessions which would normally be held weekly.

HOW I DELIVER THERAPY

I work in person and online.

I offer long term and short term work

All payments made in advance via bank transfer or cash.
