ABOUT ME
EDUCATION
I studied at Greenwich University and I hold a Master of Science in Therapeutic Counselling (MSc) which is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I also studied at Strathclyde University achieving BEd (Hons) in Primary Education. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
ABOUT ME
I grew up in a rural town in Scotland which taught me the power of community but also, the challenge to show up as our authentic selves.
With a background in education, I am passionate about learning and helping others discover and nurture their true selves, through developing skills of self-awareness to build loving, purposeful relationships with themselves and others.
EXPERIENCE
I am an integrative therapist, meaning that our work together will use a range of tools and approaches to best work for you. I have experience in engaging and supporting a diverse range of people, working across genders, cultures, socioeconomic, faith and non-faith backgrounds.

I have previously worked for a national mental health charity in east London specialising in NHS referrals and low-cost therapy. I have also volunteered for a mental health charity.
